dirty skin

 My acne is getting worse. The better I eat, the more weight I lose the worse my skin gets. Why am I being punished for trying to better myself? I can't even tell if I look better than when I was overweight, my skin might've actually looked better when I was fat. This is so irritating, I want to rip my skin off. I look dirty with these pimples, despite having better hygiene than ever. 
Why am I ugly? Why was I made to be ugly?
